Features of Seasonfree aircraft
deicers
 Â— Shorter deicing liquid heating time: ≤3
minutes.
— Larger deicing scope due to long boom and rotation angle: *4.5 m
or *7 m boom and ± **5° rotation.
— Lower truck height: the deicer height is only 3.*5
m.
—The
deicing vehicles are equipped with the original working parts
imported from GLOBAL, the chassis is made in
China.
—The
service life of the whole vehicle can exceed twenty years owing to
professional design, reliable components, strict quality control,
production management, perfect and timely after-sales service and
spare parts supply.
—Hydraulics drives the heating system, the
transmission of deicing and anti-icing fluid and moves of working
arm. This hydraulic driving mechanism can make the system work more
reliable and stable, motion adjusting more accurate, and service
life longer and be widely adopted by most professional deicing
vehicle producer.
Heating system
— It
can heat the deicing fluid suddenly from 0℃ to *3℃(**0 F)
within only three minutes while the jet flow of the deicing fluid
remains the same as working state.
—The
heater is made of stainless steel; heating parameters and state of
heating are automatically controlled by computer. So the overall
performance of the device is more reliable, and ideal working
temperature can be obtained at any time. Every time the deicing
fluid spraying is finished, next injection to *2 ℃ will be heated
within three minutes, which can ensure continuous ice removal
operation.
—During
heating process, the deicing fluid flow can always remains
**7L/M.
There is excellent thermal insulation
between the deicing tank and the anti-icing tank. While heating the
deicing fluid, heat will not transfer to the anti-icing
fluid.
