Our products are sold well both in more than *0 provinces in China and in Europe, America, England, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc. Our main domestic customers include Weicha Power Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Diesel Engineer Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Sida Power Machinery Co., Ltd., FOTON, SAIC, etc. and foreign customers include International (USA), IVECO (ITL), DAEWOO (Korea), MITSUBISHI (Japan), CTP (USA), FM (USA), KMP (GB), etc.

Casting and melting adopts production mode of direct smelting by American medium frequency furnace. Pouring is finished by multi-stage centrifugal machine and automatic stand-alone. Chemical constituents are tested by metallographical atlas analysis instrument, Rockwell apparatus, multi-purpose material tester, abrasion tester, etc. Our cylinder sleeve materials mainly include vanadium titanium cast iron, high phosphorus cast iron, chromium boride cast iron, chromium molybdenum copper cast iron, etc.

As to heat treatment, we can provide alramenting, tufftriding and nickeling according to customer demands.

As to machining, with lots of CNC, HTC lathes (0.*1mm beat from supporting shoulder to waist belt) and *0 Germany NAGEL/GEHRING honing machines (0.**8mm inner hole cylindricity), the company can process flat table liners and honing liners of Steyr, Perkins, Cummins, Aiweier, Witzenmann, Deutz, etc., meeting the discharge standard of Europe 3 to cylinder sleeve.
