A kind of wide heavy loom specially designed by combining the characteristics of papermaking dryer fabrics is especially suitable for weaving of high-strength and high-density dryer fabrics.

Main Mechanisms:

　　1、Rack: With cast iron box-type structure of main wall panel, the whole machine is combined by several

　　　　groups of split wall panels.

　　2、Driving: Dual-motor coaxial drive, *8.5kw for each, dual pneumatic clutch, main transmission case

　　　　gears made from special materials, optimized gear parameters and drive ratio, increased beating-up

　　　　force.

　　3、Weft Insertion: German servomotor, weft insertion by double rapier, imported rapier head, matched with

　　　　imported weft accumulator for cord thread.

　　4、Shedding: Large blade type side pull dobby at two sides, **-page heald frame.

　　5、Beating-up: Multi-section split assembled crankshaft four-bar beating-up mechanism, with more extra

　　　　beating-up points.

　　6、Take-up: Electronic active control for take-up of mechanical worm gear reducer can ensure strength

　　　　and precision of weaving while overcoming impulsion during beating-up.

　　7、Warp let-off: Electronic active control for warp let-off of imported reducer, improving rigidity of let-off

　　　　system by double beam and multiple-fulcrum structure.

　　8、Winding: External center take-up or surface take-up. 

　　9、Lubrication System: Combined auto or manual feed of grease lubrication.
