finish treatment, hardware assembly, packaging
2. Finish treatment: Mill finish, anodized, powder coated,
electrophoresis, sand balsting etc.Â
3. Color avalilable: Clear, yellow, black or depends on client's
demand
4. Material: Aluminium alloy ***3, ***1
5. Temper: T5, T6
6. Certification: ISO ***1
7. Packing details: A. Neutral packing (neutral plastic bag/
foam paper+ neutral carton)Â Â B. Customized packing (
with logo or barcode according to your requirement)
8. Production lead time is 3 - 4 weeks
Samples lead time is two weeks for available extrusion profiles, If
our Aluminum profiles are not workable for customer, please provide
your samples or drawings, we will invest extrusion tooling
according to client's designs. The lead time of extrusion tooling
is 2 - 3 weeks after payment of mold fee.
9. MOQ: High mix and low volume is acceptable
