With the interchangeable faceplate you can change you style and the questions for different departments, different times of the day or event, different times of the year.

The customer feedback monitor allows customers to discretely give their feed back by quite simply pushing the of their choice.
The monitor in turn records the feedback. Using live time data, the data that can be downloaded by allocated personnel at anytime.
This information can in turn be viewed on computer and easily analysed.
The information provided is clear and precise proving the time, date, location, of customer feed back thereby allowing the site to identify areas of concern.
The concept was conceived through personal experience, totally feed up with the continuous bad service i was receiving from the bar at our local gym – I thought wouldn’t it be great if I could relay to the management just how poor the service I was receiving
