The series has condensation, adsorption, absorption, membrane separation and catalytic oxidation technologies, forming a variety of combined processes based on condensation and adsorption to ensure comprehensive treatment and recovery of VOCs and compliance with emissions.
Oil and gas recovery is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology. The use of oil and gas recovery technology to recover oil and gas discharged during storage, transportation, loading and unloading, to prevent atmospheric pollution caused by the volatilization of oil and gas, or to convert oil and gas from gas to liquid, and to gasoline again. To achieve the purpose of recycling. Eliminate potential safety hazards, reduce economic losses by improving energy utilization, and obtain considerable returns. Common methods include adsorption, absorption, condensation and membrane separation systems.
Product recovery efficiency: The vapor recovery efficiency of the equipment condensing module can reach more than *0%. The equipment has its own oil storage tank. After the recovered oil is separated from oil and water, it is delivered to the owners designated storage tank or oil pipeline through the equipments own oil pump. The equipment comes with a liquid flow meter and sight glass, which can intuitively understand the effect of recovered oil and record and save the recovered amount in the program.


Process route of factory system: 

1. The oil and gas discharged from each oil and gas outlet will be collected into the gas gathering main pipe;
2. The pressure sensor on the main gas gathering pipe feeds back the pressure signal to the control system;
3. The control system regulates the pumping capacity of variable frequency air pump through frequency converter, Timely tracking the exhaust velocity of oil and gas;
4. The collected oil and gas are transported to the oil and gas recovery unit.In the condensation unit,By means of gradient condensation,Most of the oil and gas are converted into liquid oil and directly recovered to the storage tank of the unit. After the separation, the low concentration oil and gas are regenerated and exchanged with the inlet gas to near normal temperature and enter the later stage adsorption unit;
5. The low concentration and near normal temperature oil and gas from the heat exchanger continue to enter the adsorption unit. The adsorption unit is mainly composed of two parallel tanks (tank a and tank B) and pneumatic valves. Low concentration oil and gas pass through the adsorption layer from bottom to top, and the easily adsorbed oil and gas are adsorbed and separated by adsorbent, and the clean gas at the end of adsorption is directly discharged to the standard through the flame arrester;
6. The adsorption tank which reaches the set adsorption time enters into the desorption process (including two processes of desorption and purging). At the same time, another adsorption tank in parallel enters the adsorption process, and the analyzed high concentration gas enters the front stage condensation unit for the next "condensation adsorption" treatment process;
7. When the oil collecting tank reaches the set level, it is automatically transported to the storage tank designated by the user through the oil pump.
