TRANSACTION PROCEDURE (TTO)

BUYER AND SELLER SIGN AND SEAL CONTRACT INCLUDING BANKING COORDINATES AND EXCHANGE THE SIGNED COPY BY ELECTRONIC MAIL.

THEELECTRONIC SIGNED COPY BY BOTH PARTIES IS CONSIDERED LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE, THE EXECUTED SPA IS LODGED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE BANKS.

BUYER RETURNS THE SIGNED SPA TO THE SELLER AND FORWARD HIS A.T.B

FORMAT, SUPERCARGO AND INSPECTION COMPANYS DETAILS, WITH THEIR SEAMAN I.D CARD AND INTL PASSPORT DETAILS.

SELLER RECEIVE THE SIGNED SPA FROM BUYER AND FORWARD HIS AUTHORITY TO SELL (ATS) AND (POP) DOCUMENTS TO THE BUYER FOR CONFIRMATION AND TO PAY LOGISTICS MONEY OF N*0MILLION OR IT EQUIVALENT IN DOLLARS.

SELLER RECEIVE BUYERS LOGISTICS MONEY AND ISSUE MARINE ATB AND NAVAL CLEARANCE, AND BOARD BUYERS INSPECTOR AND SUPERCARGO FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING Q&Q AND PHYSICAL CONFIRMATION IN NIGERIAN WATER.

UPON SUCCESSFUL Q&Q REPORT BY THE BUYERS INSPECTION AGENT, THE BUYERS SHALL ASLO PAY THE SUM OF N*0MILLION OR IT EQUIVALENT IN

DOLLARS TO ENABLE THE SELLER TAKECARE OF BUNKERING, DOCUMENTATION, CAPTAIN SIGN ON FEE AND OFFICIAL OUTWARD SECURITY CLEARANCE.
