Shenyang Jingyi crankshaft processing machine tool is mainly used the inside and outside surface of shaft ,disk workpiece , conical surface circular arc, thread ,boring and reaming processing . It can also realize non-circular curve processing and widely used in automobile, bearing and other industries. It is suitable for mass production of high precision and high quality parts. 1. The machine uses casting lathe bed with high rigidity and shock resistance , which makes it run smoothly in the process of running .
Machine is stable and reliable , as it adopts servo control system
Taiwan high precision whole spindle makes it high machining accuracy
The spindle box is driven by the main motor . It has smooth movement and no noise. At the same time , customer can choose import transducer or main drive to realize stepless speed regulating function.
Machine adopts hydraulic self-centering fixture, forming the composite knife, center drill and blade can change at any time, simple and convenient.
The machine comes with coolant and process for tool cooling respectively to improve the life of cutting tools.
