Products characteristics:1.Stable operation, small runout,lightly shake, low noise,reliable quality.
2. Idler rotated smoothly, the friction force is slight. Energy saving is also a main characteristic. Idler rotate friction factor (f/) varies with different idler diameters and shaft apertures. (f/) always under 0.*1. Considering of other conditions during operation, the dynamic force is calculated with friction factor (f/).
3. Excellent materials, permanent lubrication and long useful life. All materials used in idler production are with good quality. Bearings and seal rings are life seal by inner-lubricated. lubrication grease should not be added in usage.
4. Multi-channel labyrinth seal is adopted to prevent dust and water.Various types of bearing pedestal and sealing structure are available for uses’selection.
