Produce ***0 mm long pipes from Ø**0mm to Ø***0mm bore. Produce ***0 mm long pipes from Ø***0mm to Ø***0mm bore. Produce ***0 mm long pipes from Ø***0mm to Ø***0mm bore. Concrete pipes with and without bell-and-spigot joints from ø**0mm to ***0mm bore, in conformity to standards, square culverts have been produced by these machines. These machines composed of hydraulic compression head, inner mould platform, hydraulic unit, vibrating cooling unit, control panel and bunkers delivering concrete. Concrete pipes which are produced by these machines are taken from the machine by means of a portal crane and placed at a drying area; and production continues after taking outer mould. All products used at the plant have been manufactured by our Firm. It has three types, namely **0, ***0 and ***0. These can produce pipes from **0 mm to **0 mm or from ***0 mm to ***0 mm. Mixer with a capacity of CB **5 dm3 is used till **0 mm diameter and CB **0 dm3 mixer is used for bigger diameters. Mechanical and hydraulic transportation cart is used for transportation of products.
