Systems 4 Recycling Ltd (S4R) is a proven expert in the
conceptual design, supply and installation of systems to
offer recovery of High Value
Recyclates and also the Production of Refuse Derived Fuel
(RDF) from various waste streams.
Our expertise does not stop there. We manufacture the unique
TS Tyre Shredding Systems alongside our range of wood,
plastic and waste shredding and densiï¬cation systems. We
differ from most as we are not a distributor, agent or tied
to one manufacturer so we can source and tailor the
best machinery in the industry to suit the process.
With ever increasing landï¬ll costs and taxes, today it is
even more
important to maximise your recovery rates and turn your costs
in
to proï¬t with high efï¬ciency, recyclate recovery.
Working with technology experts, we offer a range of Optical
Sorting Systems that will pick out of your waste all
recyclates from Polythene and PET to Paper and Card. The
high efï¬ciency units mean recovery rates are in the range of
tonnes per hour, not kilos per hour and recovery rates can be
over *0% therefore hand picking is massively reduced.
These systems can be integrated in to MRF’s and our RDF
production
systems in order to reduce your landï¬ll costs to as small a
value as
possible and we can recover from MSW, C&I and C&D type
wastes.
S4R are leaders in the design, manufacture and supply of
systems
for the production of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) from waste
streams
including MSW, C&D and trade wastes. We have proven
installations
throughout the UK and Overseas for the pre-shredding,
classiï¬cation,
ferrous and non-ferrous metal removal and ï¬nal shredding to
produce
an industry approved, classiï¬ed RDF from the above
wastes.
We cater for a variety of output requirements when it comes
to
separating recyclates and offer lines capable of outputs
ranging from
*5,**0 – **0,**0 tonnes per annum. When processing wet
materials
such as MSW, we work with World-Leading partners on
in-tunnel
drying systems to ensure that any organic materials are
stabilised
and the resulting RDF material is dry enough to be used as
fuel.
