Jinghan Cold Chamber Die Casting Machines(clamping force**0ton*****0ton) are controlled by electric devices and hydraulic systems, which can completely operated by manually semi-automatically or automatically.Because of their adopting toggle mechanism,the machines have a high rigidity and a reliable stability while running.The injection system is constituted of Four-Step Injection and a specially quick track devices.The hydraulic system is constituted of imported,world-famous brand,flow complex proportion valve(PQ) and direction valve.The electric system is equipped with imported ,special controls(computers),or with imported, top grade PLC controls. All those ensure that the whole machine works accurately and efficiently.Meanwhile ,all the technological parameters are allowed to be adjusted independently to meet various technique requirements.

1.Central electrical lubrication system for regular lubricating prolongs toggle system service life
2.Imported high and low pressure dual-pump control systems with good performance and low noises.
3.Imported lineal transducer for accurate stroke control of die open and die close.

5.The hydraulic oil motor gear die regulating mechanism features simple operation and accurate die adjustment.

7.Duel circuit in 4 graded pressure injection and super charging are free from disturbances from each year.Using large capacity insertion valve enables higher injection speed,with shorter time for pressure establishment.
8.Imported Mitsubishi PLC control system.stable performance,low failure rate.Electrical components using the French Schneider brand. sensitive response, accurate control.
9.Tie bar bold chrome to make sure it boast high strength,no deformation.
