Coconut fibre for brush production mainly comes from Keya. Coconut fibre for brush production mainly comes from kenya .Coconut fibre is drawn from coconut husk after removing short fibres and dust away by a traditional process and it is then called one tie bristle fibre. The average length of the bristle is about *5 cm to *0cm. 1tie is hackled or combed further to remove short fibre and further dust and then is called 2tie or is combed further to obtain maximum percentage of solid and longest bristle fibre which is known as 3tie. The bristle is oiled or waxed generally while combing and bleached by exposing to smoke of sulphur to obtain its natural golden brown colour. Instead of bleaching and obtaining the natural colour, bristle can be bleached to obtain pure white colour by using hydrogen peroxide. Further, natural bristle fibre can also be dyed in black, green, blue, and yellow etc according to the end users need. Bristle fibre is normally supplied in hanks. Generally the hanks are cut from *0cm to *3cm according to the end users requirements Please contact us if interested.
