coconut fibre, is a natural
fibre extracted from the outer husk of coconut and used in products
such as floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses and from
cotton flax plant was discovered. Coir is the fibrous material
found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a
coconut. Coconut Husk Fiber is the natural fiber extracted
from the husk of the coconut. Coir is mainly used to develop an
array of products such as doormats, rugs, floor mats, coir
mattresses and vehicle seats as used in automobile industry.
Coconut husk thrown to conveyor belt then get into the crusher
machine to separate fibers from peat. The main component of crusher
machine is a rotating pit with particular blades on it. Then fibers
from crusher machine, get into the sifter machine to remove coco
peat from coco fiber that still remain.
