Technological process：

1、Fried Peanut Production Line
Fried peanut production line is mainly used to process fried peanut,spicy peanut, salted peanutect. This production line can work automatically ,easy to clean; the final proudct with good color ,high whole-kernal rate, crispy feature.

Technological process
Fried peanuts:Soaking→peeling→picking/color sorting →drying→ frying- de-oiling -flavoring- cooling- packing
Spicy peanuts :Soaking→peeling→picking /color sorting→ flavoring-pickling - drying/dewatering →frying →de-oiling→flavoring → cooling - packing

2、Salty Peanut
Process Description：
Air peeling machine is a device that utilizes high-speed airflow and friction to remove the red skin (husk) of peanuts. The separated red skin is then isolated from the peanut kernels through an air separation system, ensuring effective peeling. It is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly dry peeling technology. With a peeling rate of up to *8%, it is suitable for large-scale peanut processing. The peeled peanut kernels maintain high integrity, making them ideal for further processing.
