Coal and gasification agent flow countercurrently and do physiochemical reactions respectively in proper sequence in different layers. This process is called gasification. Technological process:
technological
process of hot single-section gasifier: the single-section coal
gasifier is a complete water jacket structure with
continuous gasification. Air from
blower, combined with 0.*9MPa steam that generated
by the gasifier itself , becomes saturated air which is also
called gasification agent. The gasification agent enters the
gasifier body through back-pressure valve and gaisifier bottom.
The lump coal, after being crushed and sifted, left the size of
****5mm or ****0mm coal, then coal gas generated in the
gasifier will be delivered to user after being dedusted through
heavy dust collector and cyclone dust collectors.
