The MBJ series of Coal Rods Shaping Machine is a kind of special forming equipment which is to make the pulverized coal into different shapes of sections by srew extrusion.After compression, the machine will sift fewer pulverized coal with a larger superficial arae and a high rate of wentilation.The process increases the utility rate of the raw materials. The equipments are accepted and used by the users gradually.

 
Working principles:
    To compress the mixed pulverized coal into a certain strength of predetermined coal rods . The shape of the coal rods can be round , hexprismatic or square. The shapes can also be designed by the clients' demands.
It's a new technology of burning the compressed coal rods in the furnace to repalce the traditional technology which is to burn charcoal briquettes or gasify the coal balls.
    The equipment can apply to the city's industrial boiler ,especially to the chemical fertilizer plants and coal gasification plants.
