This electric cnc pipe and tube bender is servo motor driven; High bending accuracy; The pipe and tube bending machine bend pipes no wrinkles, no cracks; Low noise, easy operation; German technology, favorable factory price. Whole machine body is stainless steel; Servo motor driven; Nice profile; Trolley push bending, unlimited bend radius.

1. The machine body reinforce design; Annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress; Enough strength and rigidity to prevent permanent deformation.

2. Drive shaft fixed directly from the upper, accurate installation, convenient maintenance. Bend shaft and drive chains integrally casted, more solid. Drive shaft driven by double oil cylinders, pipe bending 5 r/min. Special design makes high bending accuracy.

3. Trolley pushing bending can fulfill large radius bending.

4. Clamping system adopts subsided four connecting rod lifting power structure, convenient for fetching bent pipes.

5. Special design for trolley, precise angle position. (servo motor closed-loop used)...

6. Color touch screen display, PLC control, servo motor control, convenience, rigidity, easy operation.

7. Preset *0 kinds of bend angles. (one tube *6 different kinds); Equipped with mechanical Angle proportional amplifier structure; Bend repeat accuracy: + / - 0.1 ° . Space Angle repeat accuracy: + / - 0.1 ° , feed accuracy: + / - 0.1 mm. One shot bending.
