The main transmission system is driven by high-performance variable frequency motors through a pair of belt wheel driving the spindle. The spindle speed ranges in ******0r/min, *****5r/min with constant torque and *******0r/min with constant power. The front support of the spindle adopts three groups of angular contact ball bearings with large contact angle which can fully meet the axis and radial force demand; back support adopts two groups of angular contact ball bearings and the axis and radial clearance is adjusted through the nut.

This machine tool adopts an integrated structure with a complete bed tilted to the horizontal plane by *5°. Rectangular guideways and fully closed frame covers are adopted. The sliding door is opened by sliding it to the left and the console is fixed at the right side of the protective covers and it also uses the scrap-iron box (tank) standard side-chip-discharge. The hydraulic center is positioned back of the right bed leg and the lubricating pump is fixed beside of the left motor cover. The front double foot board is used to control flexing of the tailstock and clamping of the hydraulic chuck. The machine is characterized with its pleasing appearance, convenient operation and reasonable design.
