Equipment Characteristics:
1. The power of chief axis and round knife uses steeples speed
regulating system and frequency converter system, According to
different materials, can be controlled to regulate speed and change
forward and reversal rotation to to prevent burn-side, achieve the
best cutting quality.
2. Accurately step-by-step system is used to control the cutting
width with precision ball-screw and sliding rail, so precise
cutting can be achieved.
3. AC motor speed regulating system is used to directly control the
cutting feed power and speed to achieve high-quality strap
cutting.
4. The operation interface uses LCD Chinese & English display
screen, Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller width quantity and
action set can be directly entered. Then it can achieve automatic
cutting and the width cutting without manual operation. Manual and
automatic function also can be Mutual Conversions.
5. Also can plus automatic double-sided knife sharpening system, no
need to take down blade then can be easily sharpened so that the
blade can keep sharp for long-term. Achieve the best cutting
effects and greatly improve efficiency.
