CNC Heat Exchanger Drilling Machine for Tube sheet

一、☆ Machine Usage

This machine is mainly used for tube sheet, drilling flanges, plate-type, circular partsand so on, which can achieve through-hole drilling, drilling blind holes, step holes on single material and composite materials. This machine uses ordinary high speed steel twist drill head with cold outside. Digital control of machining process, the operation is very convenient.

二、☆ Machine Features

This machine is mainly composed by bed working table, Movable gantry, CNC vertical sliding drilling head, automatic chip conveyor and Circular Cooling Device, electrical systems and other components.
