Product Description
CLAYMINTON *1 is one unique super dispersible organoclay which is modified by fine Bentonite and special chemicals. It is designed for medium to low polarity solvent based system. It is particularly suitable for coatings, inks, adhesives. CLAYMINTON *1 performs excellent dispersibility properties and it can be post added to finished paint. It can be used in various applications. It offers excellent dispersibility, anti-settling, sag resistance and storage stability.
Advantages and Features
CLAYMINTON *1 presents excellent dispersibility with good KU and Brookfield viscosities building. Meanwhile, it also provides significant sag control, pigment suspension with good flow property. It is recommended in low to medium polarity system. The key advantages are as follows:

CLAYMINTON *1 is actually super dispersible Organoclay. But, high shear rate will be helpful for better dispersibility achievement in finished paints. It can be used in mill-base or post added to the paint to adjust the finished paint viscosity. We recommend you can take below production procedure for better performance.

General Use Level
