CitroShield Multi-Purpose Cleaner is a heavy duty foaming Biocidal ALKALINE cleaner that is a combination of sodium bicarbonate, modern biocidal amphoteric foam surfactants and containing CitroZine as its active ingredient and sanitiser component. When it is injected into the water flow of any suitable foaming device, a thick stable foam is generated. This foam will remove proteinaceous soils, oils, and fat encrusted soils that are encountered in the food and beverage industry. The dilution rate can be adjusted depending on the contaminant loading. This combination is very low in corrosivity (humans and metals), high in cleaning and sanitising efficiency, high in biodegradability and totally non-toxic.
