APPLICATIONS
Citric Acid Monohydrate is primarily used as acidulant, flavor
enhancer, antioxidant and sequestering agent in food such as
beverage powders and soft drinks, jams and jellies,
confectionery, soups, dressings and sauces, oil and fat, canned
fruits and vegetables. Other recommended uses include
effervescent tablets, feed additive, detergents and cleaning
products, cosmetic and personal care products, pharmaceutical,
concrete admixtures.
