Accurate Thickness Control Uniform thickenss is indispensble for high qualiy core veneers, Thickness detection on Chrome-Coated roll assures very accurate thickness control all the time using NC electronic thickness detector to reduce odd core veneer to minimum wasting 1mm to 5mm from edges or flaw.And the monoplate over *0mm is available for use. 3. Hot Melt Edge - Gluing Applicator Hot melt edge-gluing and glue-coated string application enable to deminish production cost. 4. Automatic Stacker System Automatic stacker by the upper belts and bottom rolls for conveying on fixed position so that it can keep the plates neat by fare and after sides, fast and quiet to operate. 5. Syncho Drive System There are two cooling rolls pressing to make fast cooling for the Glue-coated string after it was spread with hot melting glue and prevent the plates from adhered at the string commecting spats, and synchro drive system is used to make it start simultaneously on both end that can assure the single plate is put together precisely and their seams are adjustable. *****FOR DETAILED SPEC PLEASE CONTACT US.*****
