Three-stage lime hydrator is widely used in lime producing line for lime plants, sticky material cleaning device for ironworks, desulfurization equipment, calcium treating machine in sewage treatment, high quality hydrated lime producing line.
Through our three-stage dry power hydrator, burnt lime will be hydrated into a fluffy powder because of the hierarchical & reasonable water distribution and multi-channel process of this hydrator. The moisture of hydrated lime powder less than 1.5%.

3.Feeding process control:Â the hydration machine is use
screw feeder to Send materials into reaction
cabin.
Advantages: There are lots of hot steam and dust when CaO contact
with water. This feeding way will prevent them flowing back to
the screw feeding counter, so that will not affect the accuracy
of sensor.

6. the hydration machine can be controlled by a PLC system and it can be adjusted according to requirements, which not only keep healthy of workers but improve the working efficiency. Besides, According to client’s requirements, the hydration machine can mating follow up equipments such as lime pulp machine, dregs extractor, filter and so on, in order to produce high purity hydrated lime emulsion with different Ca(OH)2 content.
