We have manufactured fully automatic Chapati making machine. This machine has given much needed relief to workers in the meal preparation department of Institutes, Langars, Hospitals, Schools and College Hostels, Industrial Canteens, Railway & Defense establishments. The machine produces home-like Chapatis in most hygienic way. Process: • Mixing of wheat flour and water plus (any other ingredient if required) is done in a separate mixer. • The AV- Chapati Making Machine is operated by just a single person. • The dough just needed to be loaded in hooper which passes on to the sheeter and gauge roller where thickness of the chapati can be adjusted. • The food grade conveyor carries the Round Cut chapatis into the oven which is heated by L.P.G. • The temprature of oven can be set as per requirement. • At the outlet of the oven you get home like chapatis.
