Product Introduction
CG***9 is a static overheating-free environmentally friendly bristle pulp with high performance and performance price ratio prepared from acrylic resin by our company. CG***9has the following features: soft feel, film forming property and leveling property, easy operation, strong bristle printing stereoscopic impression, good washing fastness and manual scraping fastness (resistance to dry and wet scraping, bristle drop after water washing in *0â„ƒ for 8 hours) and etc. The product can be applied to various fabrics such as ordinary knitted fabric, woven fabric, spandex fabric and waterproof nylon fabric, etc.

Operation Instruction
In allusion to the ordinary knitted fabric, CG***9 can be added with PC***0 assist dose prepared by our company for directly printing for 2 to 3 times, and is used for bristle printing.

2. Spandex Fabric
Due to the good elasticity of the fabric, in order to increase the tensile force and extensibility of CG***9, it the suggested that the product shall be used by matching with the CG**5D primer prepared by our company.

Overheating treatment: CG***9, belonging to the self-cross-linking overheating-free product, must be fully dried for a period of time after printing for the fabric, in which natural drying is suggested, the post-treatment must be carried out after 4 to 6 hours of the drying, the water washing and other detection can be carried out after *2 hours and above. In case of low temperature, long time and cycle, the treatment shall be done on the basis of the conditions.

Attentions:
After adding of the PC***0 assist dose in CG***9, the product must be used completely in 4 hours; otherwise, fastness and tensile force will be affected. Before the use of CG***9 small test shall be done, and batch production can be carried out when the test is OK.

Reserve: The product shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to *0â„ƒ.
