Centerline Resilient Seated Double Shafts Pin less Butterfly Valve 1: Strong disc to stem connection and elimination of exposed pins or bolts is achieved through the use of a rectangular drive. 2: Ability to install the valve with disc in the closed position elimination the risk of damage to the valve during installation. 3: C&C unique blowout-proof design effectively eliminates stem from shaft-direction slide. 4: The series also comes in extended neck version, allowing for an extra length of piping insulation and easily accessible for mounting actuator. 5: The unique C&C seat and disc design insures positive valve sealing while maintaining low seating torque. 6: Disc edge is spherically machined and hand polished to assure leak-proof positive shut-off and longer seat life while minimizing torque. 7: The bi-directional shaft seal prevents external contamination of stem area while providing back-up for the primary shaft seal formed by the disc/seat interface. 8: C&C unique bushing design completely isolates the valve shaft from the body, resulting in increased control of the valve disc, maximum shaft support, lower valve seating torque, and longer valve life. 9: Valve seat is available in phenolic backed cartridge design and torque & groove design. *0: Triple function cartridge seat isolates the body and stem from the media, provides positive drop-tight shut-off of line media at full rated pressure and provides a flange seal, eliminating the need for flange gaskets. *1: Tongue & groove seat features lower torque and provides complete isolation of flowing media from the body , featured with molded o-ring , tongue and groove design eliminates the use of flange gaskets .it also makes filed replacement simple and fast .
