CW SERIES OF N0N-PHOSPHORUS WASHING LIQUID

SUMMARY
l      CW series of high-performance washing liquid has strong permeation function. It can quickly infiltrate the mud-cakegenerated by drilling work, then dissolve, disperse and remove the cake so as to significantly improve the displacement efficiency, prompt the casing and formation interface performance, strengthen the cementing slurry interface, and prevent leakage to a certain extent. With excellent solubility and high-temperature stability, CW has strong ability to remove oil and very good activity in low temperature. It has good compatibility with drilling mud and slurry and no adverse effect on drilling mud and slurry.CW series of high-performance washing-liquid includes CW**0L and CW**0L.
l      CW**0L is a non-phosphorus compound, non-toxic and low-foam washing liquid.
l      CW**0L is a pure organic phosphorus, neutral, non-toxic and low-foam washing liquid.
l      CW**0L is mainly used for preparing the washing-liquid and spacer-liquid in well cementing that drilled with water-based mud; for oil-based mud with the same good results.CW**0L is mainly used for preparing the washing-liquid and spacer-liquid in well cementing that drilled with oil-based mud; for water-based mud, it has same good results.
l      CW**0L,CW**0L can be used alone, it is advised to be used together.  
l      CW**0L,CW**0L is only suitable for water-mixed and has no special requirements for water quality. Fresh water of low salinity is suggested.
SPECIAL ATTENTIONS
CW**0L and CW**0L are not allowed to prepare washing-liquid with additive aqueous solution or high salinity water, or may lead to bad results because of compatibility.CW**0L,CW**0L preparing washing-liquid should be tested in compatibility.CW**0,CW**0L is almost suitable for all kinds of mud system and slurry system. Generally, the slurry should be insulated by appropriate amount of inert spacer-liquid, for example, fresh water or low salinity water, because CW**0L has a certain reactivity resulting in slurry gel.
