Application and operating
principle:
The rotary kiln is central equipment for cement clinkering system
in the large dry processing cement production, which can be used
with uni-or twin-stream preheater, calcining combustor *0%**5% of
the raw material which has been pre-calcined feeds into the slow
rotating, inclining installed rotary kiln from the rear. Under the
composite effect of circumferential tilting and axial movement, the
material slowly flows through the whole drum, the fuel ( coal,
dustm oil or natural gas) sprays from kiln head into high
temperature zone for burning, which produces the required heat for
physical and chemical reactionof combination and crystallization of
material inside the kiln. Under the function of real blower, the
burning gas stream and matreial counter flow the whole kiln,
completing heat exchange and physical and chmical reaction. the
clincker cement is discharged to the coller.
Characteristics:Â
1) the kiln body is made of high quality killed carbon steel or
alloy steel plate and welded
2) The supporting tyre and roller is of ZG*5CrMo and *2CrMo
steel
3) The sliding bearing is of non-scraping liner one with large
clearance
4) The driving device adopts hard-toothed reducer, flexible sheet
coupling, driven by DC motor.
5) Hydraulic thrust roll is usedÂ
6) The kiln head and real seal is of pneumatic or scaled type
7) With slow speed driveÂ
