In TongMin, we apply patented Flip Chip process instead of the
traditional wire bonding one. Flip-chip not only shortens the
process, but also significantly reduces thermal resistance and heat
dissipation than in gold wire bonded chips. SO, no need for a heat
sink, vacuum combined, IP*7 applied, waterproof, compact size,
lighter, thinner & smaller. the max. thickness of ***0 is only
*2 mm with weight less than **0g.
* Lower cost, take off HEAT SINK, you may find
* Lighter less than **0g, power not included.
* Cheape Take out the cost of heat sink
* Longer life No decade(3% in ***0 hours)
