This product is a polymer of acrylic acid bonded with allyl sucrose or pentaerythritol allyl ether. Calculated on the dry basis, the carboxylic acid group (-COOH) should be *6.0% to *8.0%.
 
Carbomer **0 is a white loose powder. It has thickening properties, high transparency, high viscosity, strong suspension ability, short rheology and thixotropy, and low resistance to ion shear stress. The main characteristics are as follows: Swellable and slightly acidic. Widely used in transparent gel, essence and cream products, especially suitable for high transparent products.
 
Function and use:
Carbomer **0 has the characteristics of short rheology, high viscosity, high clarity, low ion resistance and shear resistance. Its role in the product is mainly reflected in three aspects: thickening, suspension and emulsification. Carbo **0 can produce higher viscosity in the case of very low content (normal dosage 0.***0.5%). Carboresin can be used as an excellent suspending agent to suspend insoluble components in the system, and can also be used as an emulsifier to emulsify and stabilize the oil-water phase. In addition, it is also a transparent base for cosmetics and an effective water-soluble thickener.

Note:
After the carbomer is completely dissolved in water, it needs to be neutralized by adding alkaline substances, such as triethanolamine and sodium hydroxide, to achieve good results. After carbomer is neutralized, long-term stirring or high-shear stirring will cause viscosity loss; the presence of electrolyte will reduce the thickening efficiency of carbomer resin, and long-term ultraviolet radiation will reduce the viscosity of carbomer.
 
Kind tips:
The dispersion time of various types of Kabo in water is related to the water temperature and quality. It is recommended to use deionized water. U*0 needs to be soaked for about 4 hours, and the specific dissolution time is related to the dissolved amount
