1) What is Carbon Molecular Sieve
Carbon
molecular sieve (shorted in CMS) a types of coal as raw material
adsorbent (recycled adsorbent), which surface distributed in
thousands of mocropores.
In effect on Nitrogen and Oxygen separation due to Nitrogen and
Oxygen sieves in different difusion rate.Nitrogen sieve in bigger
size diameter difused slowly.Oxygen sieve in smallar size diameter
but difused more fast comparatively.
While pass though CMS surface most part of Oxygen sieve absorbed by
CMS cicropores and remained mostly Nitrogen contents.
Thus,according to this theory"pressure for adsorption and
decompression for stripping" use PSA gernerator facilities to get
high-purity Nitrogen.
