For our carbon fiber UPVC roof tile is made of modifying PVC in two surface layers and carbon fiber in the core layer. Comparing with other roof tiles in the market, our roof tile has the following advantages: (1) It is more durable and has better heat insulation (heat insulation coefficient is only 1.*8W/(m-k),heat transmission is only about *5%). (2) It has the feature of sound insulation (3) It is convenient for cutting, nailing and drilling. (4) It has the distinguished advantage characteristics in acid-proof, alkali-proof, erode-proof and UV-proof. (5) It is stronger (men can stand on it) and more tenacious, uninflammable. (6) Our product has a patent unique wave shape design: There is one more wave in the overlapping part of two tiles. In case of heavy rain with strong wind, the water occasionally goes through the first wave, but it is nearly impossible for it t o go through the second one. As a result, leak-poof capacity is significantly improved. The tile can bear the temperature from –*0C to *5.1C. It can use more than *0 years in the semitropical area. The tile has five colors now : red, blue, white, yellow, green, transparence. And we can produce any color of what you want. It is recommended that the maximum distance of the purlin is *0 cm.
