Our unique and rare deposits of
glacial marine clay are unlike any other as they are located
beneath an active and very much alive glacier. This allows
for constant mineral and nutrient rejuvenation within our
deposits. In addition, as our glacial marine clay deposits
are inter-tidal and submerged in clean Pacific seawater 90% of the
time, this allows it to be refreshed with micro-nutrients from the
pristine Northern Pacific ocean on a daily basis.Â
Glacial Bays clay possesses
remarkably high levels of beneficial minerals in conjunction with
low heavy metals, the combination of which is ideal for skin and
hair product formulations, detoxification and chelating, and many
other skin and body care uses.Â

Found in a very remote region of
coastal British Columbia, only accessible by boat, and far from
human habitation, this pristine and undamaged eco system contains
large amounts of minerals and marine nutrients and has the ability
to provide a quality and superior product for good health and
wellbeing.Â
Our clay can only be as healthy as
the surrounding environment in the way nature intended it to
be. Our locations also boast to having one of the largest
concentrations of Grizzly bears in North America, along with a
large variety of wildlife and two rich salmon spawning
rivers.Â
Harvesting
By harvesting in a very
environmentally friendly manner, we ensure that the eco systems are
not disturbed. This is done by way of harvesting the clay
manually with shovels and we do not permit any use of mechanical
equipment for this purpose. This prevents any possibility of
contamination from oil or fuels and also leaves the area the way we
found it.Â
Product attributes and
properties
We process our clay to a particle
size similar to that of plant pollen, allowing it to deeply
penetrate the pores of your skin. This particle size also allows
for skin product formulations that include foundations, BB creams,
mineral makeup, lip gloss, facial masks, antiperspirants, toners,
moisturizers, and cleansers, to name a few. Spa applications
include facial masks, body wraps, body and foot scrubs, mineral
baths, etc.
 Our glacial marine clay can
also help with clearing acne, removing dead skin cells, reducing
fine lines and wrinkles, reducing the signs of eczema and rosacea
(along with other common skin disorders), whitening the skin and
improving blood circulation.Â
The negative ion charge of our clay
attracts positively charged bacteria, which can help with deep
cleansing, detoxification, rejuvenation and revitalization,
bringing your skin to a new radiance.Â
With 70 + minerals and
micro-nutrients in the correct balance that will allow each mineral
to work in conjunction with each other and a pH level of 6.9, our
