1. Optimal conditions for poultry growing
The single regulation lath used in the equipment enables
controlling of access to feed depending on chicken’s age. The

Feeding System
The prime cost of egg production includes the cost of the feed.
Economical results depend on the preciseness and effectiveness
of
the feeding system. TEXHA provides their Cage Equipment for Pullets
and Broilers Growing with feeding system, which has hopper
feed distribution.
The hopper feed distribution system of TE XHA’s equipment
meets the modern poultry farming requirements:
- The extensional dosing system provides high
accuracy of feed distribution according to the modern
standards
- The galvanized 1 mm thick feeding tray significantly
contributes into hardness of the battery
- The bent inwards feeder’s side prevents feed loss
- The dosing machines enable even feed distribution
through all tiers or some of them
- The feeding tray construction prevents appearing of
stagnant zones
- The feed is not fractionated by size
The hopper feed distribution system of TE XHA’s equipment
includes:
- Silo
- Steel spiral transporter for diametrical feed loading
into the hopper. It has automatic turn off system with
contactless capacitive sensor
- Two compound hoppers for each battery. Each of them
consists of separate galvanized hoppers, one per each
tier of the battery
- Dosing machine or brushes for feed evening and
blending through the feeding tray

Drinking System
Drinking system is one of the most important systems in life
support of birds. TEXHA provides their Cage Equipment for Pullets
and
Broilers Growing with simple, reliable, and effective drinking
system.
Drinking System Components:
- Water treatment unit, which includes water meter, medicator,
filter for mechanical water cleaning, manometers, stop valves
- Water distribution system which enables pressure controlling in
the drinking system lines. The system is equipped with
tanks with float valves and pressure controllers if needed
- Drinking lines. Each cage has 3 nipple drinking bowls: two of
them have drop-catcher and doubled mobility of valve; one of
them has microcups. The drinking line may be regulated depending on
birds’ height
The nipple drinking bowls are installed in the pipe *2x*2 mm by
means of special equipment, what provides the high-qualitative
installation and prevents water leak in the joining areas. Using of
couplings and yokes and avoiding of glue contributes into high
water quality.
The drinking bowls are located inside the cage, so the birds have
the free access to water all over the place.

Manure Evacuation System
The manure evacuation system in TEXHA’s cage equipment enables fast
and qualitative manure removing. The system’s drive is
powerful, simple, reliable, and durable.
The longitudinal manure evacuation belts are cleaned by scrapers
made from wear-resistant material. It enables fast and
qualitative
manure evacuation onto diametrical transporter. Manure removal is
done by electric motor from all tiers simultaneously. Manure is
removed by the inclined transporter and loaded on vehicle. The
inclined transporter may be covered with galvanized shield, if it
is
cold climate zone.
The air humidity while manure evacuation is up to *5 %. Timely
manure evacuation and right manure consistence don’t let the
excessive ammonia and water evaporation. It contributes into
favorable climate in the poultry house.
Manure Evacuation System Components:
- Polypropylene Manure Evacuation Belt
- Driving Station, which drives and controls belt position (one
driving station per each battery)
- Adjuster Station, which stretches the belt (one adjuster station
per each battery). The adjuster station construction includes
screw-shaped adjuster shaft, which cleans the belt from the
inside
- The diametrical transporter with fabric and rubber belt for
evacuation of manure from poultry house
- The inclined transporter with fabric and rubber belt for manure
loading onto vehicle

- It is possible to turn on the system for each tier separately. It
