La description

1). Cable lug is made of copper tube. It has at least *9.8% purity and is finished with tin. 2). Din aluminium lug series are made of aluminium which has at least *9.6% purity. It is in accordance with DIN****9. The surface is bright, because it is plated with mini *5microns. The barrels capped are filled with joint compound. 3). CAPG series bimetal PG clamp are used for tapping or joining copper conductor to aluminium overhead conductors AAC, AAAC or ACSR. These bimetal PG clamps are made of high corrossion resistance aluminium alloy with serrated and parallel grooves. Tap off conductor groove is lined with hot compressed bimetallic sheet on the upper and the lower part of the connector body(molecular compound). Contact area between copper and aluminium part is sealed with epoxy resin. Threaded bottom part of connector can provide easy installation. 4). MJPB series are pre-insulated compression sleeves without tension, for jointing insulated cables. The waterproof end caps can prevent water into the barrel. The end caps are marked with different colours to distinguish cable size. 5). JBGA is made of extruded aluminium alloy, for high mechanical stability, reduced dimensions for easier handing, high mechanical and climatic resistance. 6). MELEC's jointing compounds are formulated to improve jointing conductivity and inhibit oxidization and corrosion between jointing contact areas. Jointing compound should always be applied to the contacts surfaces of all aluminium to aluminium, aluminium to copper and copper to copper connections prior to compression or bolting.
