Steel cord Conveyor Belt, Steel Cord Elevator Belt is reinforced with galvanized steel cord and core rubber with superior adhesive property. Steel cord Conveyor Belt, Steel Cord Elevator Belt is made up of left and right twisting wire arranged evenly and longitudally in the belt. Steel cord Conveyor Belt has large tensile strength, excellent trough ability and excellent flexing resistance.

Cord has enough room to allow penetration of core rubber .
Better bonding between rubber and steel cord, giving better anticorrosive resistance, dynamic fatigue resistance of steel cord, leading to longer service life.

This belt is designed with two corrugated sidewalls moulded to cross-rigid base belt. This belt is developed in order to meet larger capacities with considerable stability and strength. Sidewall Conveyor Belts are also referred to as Steep Angle Conveyor Belt in certain applications.

Chevron Cleated Conveyor Belt

Incline Chevron Cleated conveyor belts is used to carry coal and mineral core, powdery such as sand, fine coal and grain materials up steep inclines. Chevron-Cleats increase the quantity of granular materials in heavy duty incline applications.
