Long hot rod shear line is heating equipment includes the function of thermal, mechanical, automatic control, hydraulic, temperature control. A number of new technologies are applied in this line such as the hot air circulation heating, hydraulic heat shearing, manual scaling mechanism, etc; it has the advantages of high heating speed, flexible production, high automatic, easy operation, and lower energy consumption.

storage table and convey device: Welded by superior model steel, slope storage table. Billet put on slope storage table; oil cylinder and manipulator push conveyor to transmit billet;chain and transmission mechanism drive roller to push billet go inside furnace.
furnace body:heating furnace body is made of steel plate, model steel, superior thermal insulation cotton and stainless steel.
Billet feed in & come out roller system：made of furnace rack, roller seat, roller chain,chain roller, high temperature bearing, all of these material is made from high temperature resistance material; outside gear reducer drive chain to push roller rotation, making billet on roller to move between furnace and hot shear repeatedly for shear and back movement.
Heating circulation system: burner produce high temperature hot air, through high temperature resistance circulation fan to spray billet for heating, exhausted air will be drained by chimney, through recycle device to heat fresh air by exhausted air temperature ,go to burner for heating again.
Billet moving device: consist of pusher beam, billet moving block, arm, bearing seat, oil 
cylinder etc. Single pushing, each action , one billet move; pushing steadily , realizing automatically billet moving function.
Furnace door: pushed by cylinder, realize furnace door open/close automatically when billet 
move in and move out. 
Burning system: high temperature nozzle, press regulator,electromagnetic valve,executor,fan 
press switch etc. When temperature reach setting value, automatic close or temperature keeping same; when temperature is lower than setting value, then automatically heating.
Temperature testing system: three sets of thermal couple, one of them is not working,another two play a part in protection to avoiding billet melting.
C type Hot shear: consist of rack, seat, main oil cylinder, fixing clamp oil cylinder, oil pipe, cooling system, lubrication system, length sized system, shear blade etc.
Oil tank: use imported brand temperature resistance sealing
Shear blade: use 4Cr5MoSiV1(H*3) material,long use life, smooth shear , small deformation.
Sizing device: combined with flexible hand wheel, supporter, block, screw pole, guide block, 
etc. Aluminum billet length can be set as per extrusion press. Such device enjoys advantages of
high precision, flexible adjustment, stable function performance as well as high finished product percentage.
Hydraulic system: The system is designed according to the functional action of the log hot shear production line, and the oil is taken from the extruder. It consists of system pressure regulating valve, electromagnetic reverse valve, integrated valve plate, oil pipe, pressure gauge, and so on. The solenoid valve uses Taiwan Jeou Gang hydraulic components. Reliable, stable and long use life.
Cooling system: circulation fan and hot shear use water cooling, Pneumatic control system: made of triplet,pneumatic cylinder, pneumatic direction changing valve, pipe, connector,throttle valve etc. Use Taiwan Airtac brand pneumatic elements,used for furnace door open/close,manipulator ,length sized etc.( compressed air supplied by buyer)

Electrical elements and automatic control system: low-pressure electrical elements use France Schneider and Japan Omron, Japan MitsubishiI PLC and temperature module. Integrating temperature testing, burner, photoelectric billet testing, all kinds of cylinder, oil cylinder, motor action, realizing long billet production manually & automatically, fault alarm function etc. It can make program on basis of customers requirement to realize different operation modes.

 1、Billet furnace steel structure frame use square tube **0×**0×5mm, *0 channel steel;

 2、The combustion chamber where directly contact with fire uses **0S stainless steel, the thickness is 5mm, and the rest can use **4 stainless steel, the thickness is 5mm, and the thickness of the furnace insulation cotton is **0mm;

 3、Billet furnace fan air volume and wind pressure, motor power, fan blades use **0S material fan, can be disassembled without stop running, the number of blowing logs and wind speed

 4The billet furnace fire gun/burner control system uses Germany's Krom Schroder and the US Honeywell brand, gun/burner power, gun/burner protection;
