To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to your thermal sponge. We are in search of a sponge able to resist high temperatures in order to be used on an ironing board. Therefore, the dimensions of the sponge are *3.5cm by **4cm with a thickness of 1cm. These demensions include the round end as shown in the below in the picture: Typically the hot iron will be placed on this sponge for lengthy periods of time. Because of this, the sponge should not be prone to burn marks. Furthermore, as you can see in the picture, there should be straps to tie down the sponge tightly to the ironing board. The thin fabric on the round side of the sponge shown in the picture is like a big pocket. This is so it can hold the end of the ironing board without falling of. The fabric is on both sides of the sponge so that both sides can be used for ironing.
