YADJ series bottom pouring machine is mainly used to match vertical molding line. This series of pouring machine can meet the needs of all models of molding machine now, which can keep pace with the fastest molding machine. The pouring cart is driven by hydraulic cylinders, which moves smoothly and quickly, without the impact of starting and stopping. It is equipped with a ladle turning mechanism (flipping *0 degrees) to be poured clean. The stopper control uses a servo system to accurately control the size of the opening between the stopper and the sprue, and is equipped with a stopper rotation mechanism to regularly grind the stopper and the gate joint to ensure that the stopper and the gate are aligned. The visual pouring function can automatically control the flow, the visual positioning function can be automatically positioned, the inoculation with the flow can be accurate to 0.1g, the slag rod can clean the water outlet, the weighing system always reflects the weight in the ladle, and the temperature drop in the ladle is not more than 3 degrees Celsius per minute. The whole process adopts PLC control, can be used interlocking with the molding machine, the structure is compact, the function is complete, the degree of automation is high, safe and reliable, the pouring is stable, and it can fully meet the needs of users.
