Haoyue brand foam filled boat fenders are designed for quick and convenient use. This boat fenders compact sizes are ideal for the limited storage space available on board of Naval and Commercial Vessels. Their lightweight allows for easy installation and can be handled by one or two people.

Polyurethane foam filled fender is mainly choose the closed-cell foam materials as buffered medium to reduce the damage of collision. Currently, Polyurethane foam filled fender produced by Haozhiyue is used very widely in the world, include the port, coastal and ship by ship operation.

Polyurethane foam filled fender as a substitute of Pneumatic Rubber fender, which adopting the new coating formular so that the product become more gorgeous and solid. Compared with Pneumatic Rubber Fender, it can using longer time and easy to install in the practices. Polyurethane foam filled fender choose the polyurea material for outer layer and internal using polyurethane foam materials or plastic foam as the cushion medium. It is using compression deformation to absorb the impact energy of the vessels, so that it can help the ship or wharf to reduce the collision damage.

Constructions:

The EVA foam filled boat fender skin is constructed of tough and thick nylon filament reinforced polyurethane skin. The skin also has a nylon tire cord applied in a helix pattern during the coating that embeds the filament into the skin. This advanced process makes our foam filled boat fender skin extremely durable to all weather, forces and marine conditions.

Our foam filled boat fender has a heat laminated 100% closed cell foam core that is energy absorbing and cannot be ruptured. This fabrication process uses no adhesives, which decomposes after time therefore making our foam filled ship fender superior in quality, durability and function.
