USE
The Blood Glucose Test
Strip（EGS***1） is used for quantitatively measuring glucose in
human peripheral blood or venous whole blood .This product is only
suitable for people to monitor the levels of glucose. The test
strip should not be used for the testing of newborns.
 INTRODUCTION
High blood glucose
level may induce diabetes related complications, such as blindness,
kidney disease, nerve damage, heart, and circulatory system
problems. The Diabetes Control and Complications Trial (DCCT) has
confirmed that self-monitoring of blood glucose
is a necessary part of the treatment plan of people with diabetes
mellitus, and tight control can actually reduce the risk of
diabetes related
complications by about *0%. Blood Glucose Test Strip (EGS***1) is
used with Blood Glucose Meter (BGM***1) or
Multifunction Analysis Meter (Glucose & Uric Acid) (GUM***1) to
measure glucose levels in whole blood. When the tip of the
Glucose Test Strip is
touched to a drop of capillary whole blood in your finger, the test
strip draws the blood into the reaction chamber. Measuring time
is about 5 seconds and only about 1μL blood is needed. On the
monitor of the Blood Glucose Meter (BGM***1) or
Multifunction Analysis Meter (Glucose & Uric Acid) (GUM***1),
the test result of your blood glucose level will
be displayed. The Blood
Glucose Test Strip measures glucose range from *0mg/dL (1.1mmol/L)
to**0 mg/dL (*3.3mmol/L).
