CONTROLLED CAVITATION IMPACTION
Our company has invested in the above technology (controlled
cavitation impaction) with the prime function of fully automated
biodiesel production.
The basis for this technology is the mixing or blending of various
liquids. The raw liquids enter the cavitation reactor as large
molecules in a roughly blended format, the liquid components are
then impacted and cavitated which causes the molecules to reduce in
size allowing the bonding of various liquid molecules to each
other.
The smaller the size of the molecules allows for the better bonding
which allows for the various components to change molecular
structure into the desired final product, in this case
biodiesel.
Our company has operated the CC I technology for some time and has
produced good quality biodiesel.
Our operational systems range from a *2 m³ to a *4 m³ unit/per day
system which can be multiplied in numbers to meet increase daily
output of the system as required by the clients
The system that is offered by a company is a fully automated
system which consists of mechanically adjustable precise metering
pumps + turbine metering per product + primary mixing system + CC I
reactor unit + biodiesel settling system + mechanically adjustable
precise discharge pumps for glycerol and biodiesel.
By offering this system we are assured that the raw liquid
components precisely metered into the CC I reactor unit, which
results in the production of biodiesel in a single pass. The
production of biodiesel in a single pass to the specification is
dependent on the quality of products which are to be
discussed with the client.
A number of options are available to the client which includes for
bulk tanks + soundproofing flameproof housings + final product
filtration + raw product filters.
