Penicillinaseis
also called β-lactamase, which hydrolyze β-lactamse. More than **0
β-lactamase were found by far, and can be classified according to
the molecular biology or the BUSH classification system, the two
major classification systems for
β-lactamase.
　　Penicillinase can
be used to eliminate β-lactams pollution, such as those in
hospital, on medical apparatus and in foods. The enzyme we
providing is TEM1, which belongs to molecular biology
classification group A and BUSH classification Class II, with a
M.W. of *9 kDa and PI of 5.4. We provide both natural and fusion
form of this enzyme.
