Helios-P **0 SLA 3D Printer (**5nm Wavelength)

SLA 3D printing starts
with a 3D model, then use a software to create support and slice
the file and send it to the printer, it uses a vat of resin and an
ultraviolet laser to build parts.The laser beam traces a
pattern on the surface of the liquid resin, with the exposure of
resin to the ultraviolet laser cures and solidifies the pattern
traced and joins it to the layer below.After built, parts rise
from vat then are immersed in a chemical bath to be
clean.Remove the support then
put the parts into an ultraviolet oven to finish the
process.In general, thinner
slicing thickness can lead to smoother and better detailed surface,
stronger support construction ensures a non-deformation part, the
laser beam roundness and driving location guarantees the accuracy
of the part etc…With the SLA 3D printing
technology, it shortens the product development cycle up to *0%
compare with traditional technology and it greatly saves the cost
