Composition:Â Split
Sprocket/Split Wheel/Split Gear is composed of sprocket tooth ring,
sprocket hub, and fixed sprocket fastener. The wheel tooth ring and
the wheel hub are discoid shapes, and the side surface of the wheel
hub is provided with a boss. The outer diameter of the boss is
smaller than the inner diameter of the wheel tooth ring, and the
wheel tooth ring is evenly divided into three to four pieces. The
gear tooth ring and the gear hub are fixed by elastic expansion
sleeves and then fixed together with high-strength bolts.

Processing Technology:

heat-treatment condition and so on. 2. The roughcast
is processed by a turning lathe, obtaining the inner round shape of
the gear tooth ring. 3. The gear milling is
conducted in the CNC center, obtaining the gear tooth ring outer
shape and assembly holes. 4. The gear hub is
processed by a CNC turning lathe. obtaining the gear hub inner
diameter, outer diameter, and assembly holes.
