~~SKD series electric actuator is especially designed for the cement industry. This product is the terminal performing unit based on the SD electric actuator adopting the advanced automatic modulating technology from BERNARD Company of France. It incepts 4~*0 mA analogue signal from the modulator or the computer, outputs the torque the thrust and automatically operates the actuator to perform the automatic modulating.

Advantages:

Cut-off signal protection

The actuator stop at the original, all-on or all-off position which is instructed by users as the signal is interrupted by accident or the signal is less than 3mA (called the cut-off signal) in order to guarantee the whole systems safe and stable. It also possesses the output connection point for alarm.

Over-torque of two- way protecting function

When the torque exceeds the setting scope, the torque switches inside the actuator and outputs a signal to the controlling circuit for stopping the motor to protect the valve, the driving parts and the motor. After the mechanical over-torque fault is relieved, shutting down the power supply or an instantaneously reversed signal, the actuator will come back to turn normally.
