Steps

1. drawings or samples provided: We get the drawings or samples from our customers
2. Negotiations: Quality, material, cavity arrangement, price, payment, delivery time item and so on.

3. Place an order:We receive the purchasing order and part of deposit

4.R&D: According to our customer’s requirement design or improve 3D modeling
5. Design confirmation:According customer’s specifications to build the mould. Before make the mould, we send mould design to confirm

6. Mould processing: CNC EDM machine processing then assembly and trial
7. Sample confirm: we do the mold test and send trial sample for confirmation before shipment. If the sample isn't satisfied by customers, We will modify mould until make customers satisfied.
8. Mass production: If customers need mass production, We will make them for you as per the samples.
9. Delivery: Delivery goods by sea or air based on customer's request.

*0.Balance Payment: Customer pay the balance according to our contract payment.
